Job Description for a TwoWheeler Sales Manager
Location: Lagos Nigeria

Position Summary:

The TwoWheeler Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales operations for twowheeler vehicles within a dealership or automotive company. This role involves directing the sales team setting sales goals developing sales strategies and establishing best practices to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the sales team: Manage train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Provide coaching and feedback to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.

2. Develop sales strategies: Create effective sales strategies to increase twowheeler vehicle sales. Understand market trends and implement strategies to stay competitive.

3. Set sales targets: Set and monitor sales targets for the team. Ensure that the team works towards achieving these targets.

4. Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.

5. Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry leaders. Attend networking events to expand business contacts.

6. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to senior management. Use these reports to analyze sales trends and forecast future sales.

7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels.

8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget. Monitor expenses and implement costsaving measures when necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales management preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
3. Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
4. Good understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
5. Ability to analyze sales data and make accurate forecasts.
6. Proficient in MS Office and sales software.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
