About the job
Work within the customer service team in delivering premium customer experience across all touchpoints ensuring high customer satisfaction sales conversion and customer retention.
Responsibilities :
Respond to customers across all contact channels
Handle customer inquiries and escalations
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
Up and cross sell products to grow sales revenues
Coordinate with logistics team on delivery issues
Generate regular reports on customer service performance
Suggest strategies to improve customer experience
Requirements/ Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Communications or related field
3 years experience in customer service
Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of multiple languages
Experience with ecommerce customer service
