Education: HND/B.Sc. Degree in Communications Marketing Business Management Business Administration or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a senior sales role (Regional Sales Manager Area Sales Manager or similar).
Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate present and influence at all levels of the organization.
Sales Process Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Industry Knowledge: Strong business sense and expertise in the industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor coach and manage highperformance sales teams.
Analytical Skills: Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs and ROI).
