Job Overview:
As an Instructional Designer and Systems Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the effective integration of instructional design principles with robust system administration to enhance staff professional development and online learning experiences.
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain annual staff professional development calendar and interactive content.
- Review revise and develop interactive content to support company wide best practice.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.
- Maintain and update own knowledge and skills to bring new ideas and improve current online learning for staff and students.
- Research new technologies software and methodologies to further improve current provisions.
- Monitor current usage of online systems and determine appropriate improvements to effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Process online assessments.
- Duplicate online courses as per relevant training schedules.
- Archive online courses as required.
- Recognize inefficiencies in current processes and recommend/develop appropriate automations.
Requirements
- Moodle (or similar Learning Management System)
- Articulate 360 (or similar course authoring tool)
- Advanced Office 365 (including Power Automate and Teams)
- Highlevel English written and verbal communication * Excellent project and time management
- Excellent knowledge of androgyny (or even better heutagogy)
- Excellent level of creativity and logic
