Job Overview;
The Compliance Manager will oversee and manage compliancerelated activities for our Registered Training Organization (RTO) ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining uptodate knowledge of industry standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies including ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) and IOS (International Organization for Standardization) among others.
This role will also be responsible for managing audits preparing compliance documentation monitoring compliance trends and ensuring all compliance activities are efficiently managed through the use of key software platforms including Salesforce Axcelerate and Hubstuff.
Job Description:
Compliance Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all compliancerelated activities for the RTO ensuring adherence to ASQA CRICOS IOS and other relevant regulations.
Regulatory & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay uptodate with trends and changes in RTO regulations industry standards and government compliance requirements.
Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate ASQA and CRICOS audits ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and provided in a timely manner.
Software and Data Management:
- Use Salesforce Axcelerate and Hubstuff to track compliance activities maintain accurate records and report on compliancerelated matters.
Training & Support:
- Provide training to internal staff on compliance policies procedures and best practices ensuring everyone is informed and compliant.
Risk Management:
- Identify assess and manage potential compliance risks developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Requirements
5 years plus experience in a compliance management role within an RTO or related sector.
Strong knowledge of RTO compliance requirements including ASQA CRICOS and IOS standards.
Proficiency in using compliance and education management software including Salesforce Axcelerate and Hubstuff.
Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to interpret complex compliance laws and guidelines.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problemsolving skills.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
