JOB DUTIES
Analyze review plans & specification attend prebid and construction meeting and monitor construction activities prepare reports o management if a problem arises that needs proper action
Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project group
Random check on the quality of works construction methods and perform material testing on ongoing housing units land development and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification
Monitors and submits reports for ongoing projects in all group from time to time
Performs Research & Development work related to quality assurance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Must be licensed and has 2 years of experience
Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activities
With knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and procedures
With strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to organize prioritize work plan and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
Detailoriented
With a good moral and positive attitude
