Key Responsibilities:
- Play a central role in building and executing software projects that meet topquality standards and align with client needs.
- Collaborate closely with designers developers and product managers to define goals deliverables and project timelines.
- Produce clean wellstructured and efficient code primarily using TypeScript React and Python adhering to modern development practices.
- Use tools like Linear to manage workflows track progress and coordinate tasks within the team.
- Engage in code reviews leveraging feedback to enhance your skills and the team’s output.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in technology and development trends to continuously evolve your capabilities.
- Attend a monthly inperson meeting in Makati while predominantly working remotely.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in software development with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Expertise in TypeScript React and Python coupled with a strong grasp of software design principles and architecture.
- A problemsolving mindset with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- A commitment to learning openness to feedback and personal development.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience using tools like Figma to strengthen collaboration with design teams.
- Familiarity with Python for additional versatility across projects.
