Job Description
Overview:
Were hiring on behalf of our Australian client seeking a QA Engineer skilled in manual testing. This role focuses on financial reconciliation and API integration testing within their proprietary reporting system. Candidates must be based in the APAC region to align with Australian hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing on financial reconciliation and API integrations
- Create and document test cases to ensure data accuracy and system functionality
- Identify and report defects working closely with the client team to resolve them
Requirements:
- 3 years in manual QA with expertise in financial and API testing
- Familiarity with QA tools: Tracking and Issue Management (e.g: Jira) API testing tools (e.g. Postman) and Specialised tools (e.g. Charles or Fiddler)
Preferred:
- Experience in financial applications and Agile/Scrum
