Job Description:
- Implement and maintain the QS 9001 quality management system (QMS).
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QS 9001 standards.
- Identify nonconformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Provide training and awareness programs on QS 9001 requirements for employees.
- Maintain and update QMS documentation including procedures manuals and records.
- Work with suppliers to ensure quality standards are upheld across the supply chain.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for management reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Support external audits and liaise with certification bodies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing QS 9001 systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and auditing processes.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (read write speak).
Salary Range:
