Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design build and deploy machine learning models for various business applications ensuring scalability and efficiency in production environments
- Collaborate closely with data scientists data engineers and crossfunctional teams to understand business needs gather data and translate requirements into machine learning solutions
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for data processing model training and deployment utilizing workflow tools such as Apache Airflow
- Implement and optimize MLOps practices for streamlined deployment monitoring and retraining of models
- Experiment with new algorithms and methodologies applying best practices to improve model accuracy efficiency and reliability
- Stay current on industry trends tools and techniques in machine learning and MLOps
- Present technical results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders translating complex findings into actionable insights
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science Data Science Machine Learning Statistics or a related field
- Strong programming skills with experience in Python and machine learning libraries/frameworks such as scikitlearn TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proficiency in MLOps practices including model deployment versioning monitoring and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying models onpremise & cloud environments
Strong understanding of data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark Hadoop) and experience handling large datasets - Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical results to nontechnical stakeholders
Remuneration:
- up to RM 11000
- 14month salary
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week

- 2 months contractual bonus
- Variable Incentive targeted in 2024 (based on company performance)
