The Quantity SurveyorPlanning Engineer is responsible for managing the financial and scheduling elements of construction projects. This role involves cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and project planning to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Quantity Surveying:
Cost Estimation:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
Tendering and Contracts:
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents.
• Assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts.
Cost Control:
• Monitor project costs and expenditures.
• Identify and manage cost variations and claims.
