Job Description
Key Responsibilits:
- Prepare and review cost estimates budgets and cost plans for Oil & Gas projects.
- Manage contracts ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Monitor project costs providing cost control reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and manage change orders.
- Support tendering procurement and claims management.
- Provide progress reports and ensure risk management for costrelated issues.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Expertise in FIDIC contracts cost control and procurement.
- Proficient in QS software (Aconex Procore CostX MS Excel).
- Strong communication analytical and project management skills.
- Chartered Membership (MRICS or equivalent).
- Experience in offshore and largescale Oil & Gas projects.
