Responsibilities:
- Write high quality efficient code (mainly in but not limited to Ruby on Rails) and unit tests to meet project quality targets and deadlines in a fastpaced agile development environment.
- Effectively work with clients users and your team members to develop functional and nonfunctional system requirements.
- Quickly understand our clients industry together with its problems and take an advising role in offering a solution quickly and adequately.
- Architect and design technical solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Take ownership of the technical quality of the project ensuring code reviews adherence to coding standards and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve the teams technical capabilities.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Lead by example demonstrating a commitment to quality efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English)
- 35 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
- Knowledge and skills in HTML CSS and Javascript (Typescript Coffeescript) and frameworks like Angular
- Proficient in PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis
- Experience in GIT
- Knowledge in AWS services like: ECS EC2 S3 Route 53 SQS SNS SES etc.
- Independent but collaborative driven assertive fastlearner and fun team player.
- Working Knowledge in containerization Docker CircleCI
- Experience in AngularJs and Angular
