Job Description

Commercial Leadership 

  • Delivery of business Sales Medium Business target and business results by championing a clientcentric sales mindset; 
  • To drive and champion a sales and growth mindset within the organization; 
  • To develop a sales strategy and gotomarket execution plans with a focus on growing revenue in new clients along with former NielsenIQ clients; 
  • To build and empower a team that is accountable for the delivery of business goals and targets. 
  • To develop the right offerings for SMB the affordable price points to penetrate SMB clients 

Financial Acumen 

  • Own and manage SMB P&L in your respective market delivering revenue and EBITDA targets; 
  • To build and deliver the SMB annual operating plan achieving revenue and cost targets; 
  • To manage the ongoing pipeline management sales forecasts & sales meetings. 

Client Leadershi

  • Build SMB client prospect database 
  • Segment SMB clients by their data expertise & need state to define relevant solutions that address their needs/ pain points 
  • Work with Marcom to develop compelling content and campaign specifically for SMB to build awareness and generate qualified leads 
  • Actively engage with clients & taking ownership; 
  • Be the voice of SMB client into NIQ and the voice of NIQ into the client; 
  • To ensure client centricity and satisfaction. 

Be an Ambassador 

  • To represent the NIQ brand in the SMB market participating in external events and professional speaking engagements; 
  • To be a role model internally participate in company events and activities 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in the related field; 
  • 58 years of working experience and proven sales results; 
  • Strategic sales and business development competency; 
  • Excellent client management and relationshipbuilding skills and ability to converse with stakeholders in clients organizations up to CSuite level; 
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategy and the use of market data; 
  • Related industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods Consultative SalesB2B/Saas Sales 
  • Experience with Sales Tech is a plus 
  • Master full sales process fromlead generation to closing sales
