We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team where your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This role combines elements of account management and customer service emphasizing relationship building over traditional sales. You will represent our company’s products and services while guiding clients toward solutions that best meet their needs.
This role operates more as a concierge focusing on providing value rather than traditional sales techniques. You will engage clients in onehour calls asking about their goals and needs and explaining how our services can help. Your role will involve appointment setting with a strong customer service aspect directing clients to the right parts of our business as a higherend coordinator of services and an educator on product offerings.
As we plan to launch our services to 3000 students and expand our client base this position offers significant opportunities for growth and the potential to sell membership options to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Representation: Represent our company’s offerings ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of our services.
• Consumer Research: Lead research initiatives to understand client needs and how our solutions can address them.
• Client Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of clients and engage with clients to facilitate next steps.
• Sales Tools Utilization: Use CRM tools warm calling and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate longterm trusting relationships with prospects qualifying them as sales opportunities.
• Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities within the market.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and our executive team ensuring clear communication and service delivery.
• Tracking/Reporting: Responsible for tracking affiliate conversions and payouts. As well as creating weekly reports for the leadership team.
Qualifications
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or account management role preferably in a servicebased environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. C1 English required.
• ProblemSolving Ability: Proven track record of creative problemsolving and strong analytical skills.
• Ambition: A strong desire and capacity to advance within a sales organization.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
