Supply Chain Manager (Remote) – PH Candidates Preferred
Primary Responsibilities
Inventory and Stock Management
- Regularly update stock spreadsheets and collaborate with 3PL providers to plan kit production.
- Maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Create inventory forecasts by analyzing trends and placing timely stock orders with suppliers.
Supplier and Vendor Management
- Source and build relationships with new manufacturers negotiating competitive pricing and terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplier orders by providing clear and accurate instructions.
- Implement Quality Control procedures to uphold our high product standards.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and conduct regular cost audits.
Production and Product Development
- Assist in creating briefs for new products and collaborate with the team on innovative embroidery kits.
- Draft detailed technical specifications to ensure clear communication with manufacturers.
- Coordinate kit assembly processes with manufacturers and 3PL providers.
Logistics and Reporting
- Regularly audit 3PL costs to identify and act on savings opportunities.
- Provide weekly stock reports highlighting inventory levels key trends and actionable insights.
- Update the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) monthly to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee the development and timely delivery of new products.
Operational Excellence
- Track and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy delivery times and inventory turnover to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce lead times.
- Provide accurate data to support financial and inventory planning efforts.
Tools and Expertise
- Proficient in creating and managing spreadsheets for inventory tracking forecasting and financial audits (Excel/Google Sheets expertise required).
- Assist in crafting briefs and technical specifications for product development.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives including ecofriendly sourcing and waste reduction.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management inventory control or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with 3PL providers suppliers and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problemsolving mindset with a focus on efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Experience with product development and sourcing is a plus.
