Schedule:Monday to Friday flexible between 12:00 PM 9:00 PM New Zealand Time Monday to Friday flexible between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Manila Time

The client is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant / Project Manager to support the IT Manager. The role requires strong IT skills excellent communication and the ability to manage projects while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to the IT Manager helping to streamline operations and achieve project milestones.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Deepseek to enhance content creation and support research efforts.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with freelancers and external companies to manage expectations and ensure the success of collaborative projects.
- Conduct indepth research to aid decisionmaking and support strategic initiatives within the IT department.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends particularly in the vaping sector to inform project management strategies and innovations.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce wellstructured documents and deliver clear concise presentations.
- A solid technical background in IT preferably with a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in using advanced AI tools for project management and operational tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with freelancers and managing external partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of the vaping industry is a plus providing valuable insights for relevant projects.
