Relationship Officer

The Relationship Officer will play a crucial role in managing and developing longterm relationships with corporate clients. This role involves understanding clients financial needs delivering excellent customer service and promoting Prudential Bank s products and services.

Skills :

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Crosssell the banks products and services including loans deposits treasury and trade finance solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of tailored financial solutions for clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance assess credit needs and offer new products or services.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and competitors products to better serve clients.
• Assist in credit proposal preparation by liaising with Credit Analysts and providing relevant client information.
• Monitor and manage client account performance to ensure compliance with terms and mitigate risks.
