- Develop and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
- Crosssell the banks products and services including loans deposits treasury and trade finance solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of tailored financial solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance assess credit needs and offer new products or services.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and competitors products to better serve clients.
- Assist in credit proposal preparation by liaising with Credit Analysts and providing relevant client information.
- Monitor and manage client account performance to ensure compliance with terms and mitigate risks.
