The EBanking Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and driving the adoption of Prudential Bank s ebanking products and services especially the Bank s Commercial and Corporate Channels. This role involves building strong client relationships educating customers on digital banking solutions and identifying opportunities to grow the bank s ebanking portfolio.
Skills :
- Promote and sell Prudential Bank s ebanking products including online banking mobile banking POS and all payment solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Provide support in developing and executing sales strategies to grow the bank s ebanking customer base across various market segments.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients showcasing the benefits and features of ebanking services.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and other Business teams to identify opportunities for crossselling ebanking solutions.
- Provide postsales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage continued use of ebanking services.
- Keep up to date with trends in digital banking and advise clients on the latest products and features.
- Support Business teams aachieve their sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank s ebanking portfolio.
