- Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies and execution plans to achieve business goals.

- Manage the firm s online presence and reputation through social media and SEO strategies.
- Periodically conduct primary desktop and market research to identify opportunities for growth and strategy formulation.

- Degree in Marketing Sales Business Administration or a related field.
- Min. of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft products to create presentations that include graphspictures and charts.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
