Job summary
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a key executive responsible for driving the commercial success of the organization by leading sales marketing customer experience and product functions. The CCO ensures that the companys products and services meet customer needs and that the organization achieves its revenue and growth targets. This role is critical in positioning the company competitively in the digital financial services market. Overseeing Marketing Growth Products Partnerships and Sales (Agency and Mobile) and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the CCO will work closely with the executive team to align commercial initiatives with the company s overall strategic objectives ensuring sustainable business success.

Strategy development
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow customer base and revenue via agency and mobile channels
- One that aligns with the company s overall business objectives to drive revenue and profitability
- Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activities to inform the commercial strategy and product development
Sales and marketing
- Oversee sales and set targets to achieve revenue goals for both agency and digital channels
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers
- Lead marketing to build Affinity s brand to drive customer acquisition
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the company s market position and contribute to customer and revenue growth
Product management
- Drive the development of new products and services
- Ensuring existing products remain competitive innovative to meet market demands
- Assess and analyse to drive the profitability of products and channels
- Work with Dev Team to ensure platforms and solutions are customercentrically designed developed and launched
Customer experience
- Develop customercentric solutions to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service
Growth
- Leverage digital tools and fintech solutions to enhance sales marketing and customer experience processes
- Utilise market and internal data and analytics to inform strategic decisions improve product performance refine products and allocate resources for optimised performance
- Drive customer conversion throughout the onboarding journey leveraging on data and insights
