Scope
The Field Sales Officer will generally work to research and develop new business leads monitor and review sales performance manage customer relationships to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records.
Prepare sales reports monthly.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
Create service awareness through effective branding and marketing on the company s social media platforms.
Implement strategies to build the company s competitor advantage in the market.
Conduct surveys and report on market trends and competitor analysis.
Negotiate and close sales.
Review sales performance monthly.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate Client needs.
Requirements
Requirements
A bachelor s degree or HND in Marketing Business Administration or related subjects.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales within the insurance banking human resources business consultancy industries.
Route sales experience is a plus.
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call connect and interact with potential clients
Knowledge in preparing of sales reports is required
Must be selfmotivated
Good time management skills
Excellent customer relations
Handson experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales.
