Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Product (Project) Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Dental CRM Software. In this role you will work closely with the CEO and CTO to ensure the product roadmap stays on track while overseeing the entire software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Technology and Sales to drive product execution and delivery. This role requires strong leadership technical proficiency and the ability to manage both product strategy and the tactical delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the endtoend delivery of the Dental CRM product ensuring alignment with the companys vision and business goals.
  
• Work closely with the CEO and CTO to manage product roadmaps defining key milestones and ensuring delivery of features on time and within scope.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Technology Sales) to align product features with market demand and customer needs.
  
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive project plans including schedules milestones and resource allocation.
  
• Manage project deadlines deliverables and individual team goals ensuring smooth product releases for web and mobile platforms.
  
• Track and report progress identify and mitigate risks and ensure that blockers are removed.
  
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure successful product testing and release.
  
• Support designasset creation using tools like Figma and manage user stories.
  
• Ensure product development follows best practices in systems integration quality assurance and customer support.
  
• Continuously gather feedback from sales teams customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product.
  
• Maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment adapting quickly to changes in priorities or market needs.
  
  

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Business or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and project management particularly with CRM or SaaS products.
Previous handson experience as a software developer before transitioning to project management.
Strong technical proficiency in systems integration quality assurance and managing web/mobile development projects.
Expertise in JIRA JQL and Figma with 4 years of experience in writing user stories and tracking product requirements.
Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering product marketing and sales.
Ability to grasp complex technical issues quickly and balance technical dependencies with business needs.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive crossteam collaboration.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred:

Experience in the dental or healthcare industry.

Familiarity with AI product development and CRM systems.
