Job Description: HR Recruiter
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our team in Chennai. As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process ensuring the sourcing of top talent in line with company needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to define job roles identify candidate requirements and build a talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and shortlist candidates for various positions based on company requirements.
Use job portals social media and networking tools to identify potential candidates.
Conduct telephonic and inperson interviews to assess candidates' skills and culture fit.
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update candidate data using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.
Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.
Create and post job advertisements across relevant channels.
Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment preferably in an HR role.
Proficient in using ATS tools for managing candidate databases and recruitment workflows.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and channels.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is preferred.
