Our client a leading finance company is looking for a topnotch candidate to join their firm.
A. Key Responsibilities in Financial Management (70%)
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop innovative financing structures and terms aligned with the companys goals.
- Loan Oversight and Negotiation: Serve as the main point of contact for both domestic and international loans managing the entire process from initial setup to postclosing activities. This includes crafting loan applications creating financial models meticulously reviewing and negotiating terms and ensuring adherence to financial covenants after funds are disbursed.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and enhance relationships with current and prospective lenders devising strategies to secure ongoing support and favorable loan conditions.
- Regulatory Compliance and External Relations: Keep abreast of regulatory developments impacting the real estate rental sector. Build and maintain strong connections with external parties such as appraisers notaries and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and facilitate seamless transactions.
B. Additional Responsibilities (30%)
- Treasury Oversight: Manage the organization s funds to maintain optimal liquidity for both operational and investment purposes. Oversee investments in various financial instruments such as term deposits and certificates of deposit (CDs).
- Team Leadership and Development: Guide and mentor team members promoting a culture of continuous improvement in line with organizational objectives.
- Risk Management and Hedging: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks related to foreign exchange and interest rates regularly reviewing these strategies based on market dynamics and company exposure.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties as igned by senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in finance banking or business from a reputable local or international institution (mandatory).
An MBA CFA or CPA designation is preferred.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in real estate investment banking capital markets treasury or financial advisory roles.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic highpressure environment while demonstrating a positive work ethic.
Strong grasp of real estate financing and investment principles.
Expertise in financial modeling and business valuation techniques.
Excellent ytical problemsolving and reasoning ss.
Outstanding communication presentation and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Detailoriented with a handson approach.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
