• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop innovative financing structures and terms aligned with the companys goals.
  
• Loan Oversight and Negotiation: Serve as the main point of contact for both domestic and international loans managing the entire process from initial setup to postclosing activities. This includes crafting loan applications creating financial models meticulously reviewing and negotiating terms and ensuring adherence to financial covenants after funds are disbursed.
  
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and enhance relationships with current and prospective lenders devising strategies to secure ongoing support and favorable loan conditions.
  
• Regulatory Compliance and External Relations: Keep abreast of regulatory developments impacting the real estate rental sector. Build and maintain strong connections with external parties such as appraisers notaries and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and facilitate seamless transactions.
  

B. Additional Responsibilities (30%)

• Treasury Oversight: Manage the organization s funds to maintain optimal liquidity for both operational and investment purposes. Oversee investments in various financial instruments such as term deposits and certificates of deposit (CDs).
  
• Team Leadership and Development: Guide and mentor team members promoting a culture of continuous improvement in line with organizational objectives.
  
• Risk Management and Hedging: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks related to foreign exchange and interest rates regularly reviewing these strategies based on market dynamics and company exposure.
  
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties as igned by senior leadership.
