Job Description

As part of our ongoing growth we are looking for a dedicated CzechSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in ClujNapoca. Position Overview:

In this role as a CzechSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our Czechspeaking clientele. You will ist customers with their queries manage orders and resolve any concerns they may have. Your key focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional support. This role is based onsite in ClujNapoca where youll work closely with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Manage inquiries from Czechspeaking customers via phone email and chat platforms.
  • Problem Solving: ist customers with issues related to products complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Order Handling: Support customers with placing modifying tracking and managing returns or exchanges for orders.
  • Account istance: Help customers with accountrelated queries including payments invoices and account updates.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about the companys product offerings to provide accurate advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Escalation Management: Forward unresolved issues or complex cases to relevant departments for further action.
  • FollowUp: Ensure customers are satisfied by conducting timely followups after their issues have been addressed.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions updates and issues in the companys CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in collaboration with various internal teams to ensure seamless support and to enhance service processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech and English: Strong communication ss both written and spoken are required for both languages.
  • Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in a customerfacing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Effective ProblemSolving Ss: Ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent Communication: Capable of delivering professional communication while building strong customer relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • TechSavvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and general office applications such as Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong Organizational Ss: Able to manage and prioritize multiple customer queries in a fastpaced environment.
  • TeamOriented: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.
