Job Description:
- Handling full set of accounts.
- Lead to work with Buyer/ HR on departmental PO prepare financial documents processing and coding for the payment. Cowork with Sales / Customer Admin on invoices customer payment management and validation.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial management reports cash flow statement and cost accounting reports. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
- Establish maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Recommend develop and maintain financial data bases computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Support internal audit process. Responsible for yearly external auditors in completing audits. Responsible in preparing tax computation data.
- Monitor CAPEX spending with fixed assets register maintenance. Support annual Operative Planning and business case development.
- Oversee accounting statutory standard compliance and update internal procedure accordingly.
- Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision selfmotivated and trustworthy.
- Salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (read write speak).
- Basic language in Malay and English.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting with minimum 2 years experience in accounting field.
- Able to handle full set of accounts daily accounting administration.
- Proficient in computerized accounting system and is strong in excel spreadsheets.
- Good knowledge of reconciliation processes and has the ability to process large amounts of data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Meticulous analytical good problemsolving skills and able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of tax and compliance.
- Outstanding communication/ interpersonal abilities. Good in organizational and leadership skills.
