Sales Project Executive

With 30 years of industry experience this company is a leading manufacturer of bodywork for commercial vehicles specializing in buses and coaches. Based in Malaysia it designs and manufactures bus bodies assembles buses and exports to over 15 global markets including the USA Australia UAE and Singapore adhering to each regions road safety regulations. The company is dedicated to providing sustainable innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers embracing environmentally friendly transportation. It has supplied buses and bus bodies to major operators such as SBS Transit SMRT Rapid Bus and Kwoon Chung Bus.

Job Description:

• Support sales team on documentation required for sales activities ie. presentation.
  
• Follow up and liaise with sales team and customer on quotation matters.
  
• Provide regular reports on project progress existing customers.
  
• Project management. Coordination with other departments to ensure correct parts procurement product assembly and timely delivery.
  
• Maintaining accurate minutes of discussion and filing record ie. GA layout body specifications and color schemes
  
• Timely preparation of various reports ie project development log and project records.
  
• Study plan and implement processes that will ensure smooth project management production progress and delivery on time.
  
• Follow up and liaise with project team engineers and production regarding sales & project matters.
  
• Focus of projects: mainly on international market including the USA Hong Kong Australia Singapore Dubai etc. Delegation of markets will be determined based on the capability of the candidate.
  
• Ensure that departmental or team activities are in alignment with the organizations environmental goals.
  
• Participate in training programs related to environmental management and ISO 14001.
  
• Promote environmental awareness within the department and encourage colleagues to adopt environmentally responsible practices.
  
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to the EMS including procedures and records.
  
• Ensure that departmental records are accurate and kept up to date.
  
• Collaborate with team members to work towards achieving the company objectives.
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing Business/Admin or Engineering.
  
• Presentable and ability to give presentations.
  
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with team member.
  
• Discipline selfmotivated and independent.
  
• Computer literate.
  
• Knowledge on AUTOCAD will be an advantage.
  
• We prefer Mandarin speakers because you will need to communicate with customers in Mandarin.

Salary Range:

• From RM3500 to RM5000
