Job Description

We are representing a Real Estate Management Software Product company located at Bangsar South Selangor. This is a full time perm role with the product company (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for the company solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of the company products and services.
  • Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations of the company solutions to prospective clients both inperson and virtually.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance on how the company can address their specific challenges and achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional modules and services.
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments and advancements in property management technologies as well as industry trends and best practices to continually enhance presales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including client account personnel and software developer to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field with passionate in the software industry.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills capable of articulating business and technical propositions to clients effectively.
