We are representing a Real Estate Management Software Product company located at Bangsar South Selangor. This is a full time perm role with the product company (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for the company solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of the company products and services.
- Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations of the company solutions to prospective clients both inperson and virtually.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance on how the company can address their specific challenges and achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional modules and services.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and advancements in property management technologies as well as industry trends and best practices to continually enhance presales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams including client account personnel and software developer to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field with passionate in the software industry.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
