Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Manager with expertise in the Tech Call Center BPO Financial Services or Healthcare industries. This individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships optimizing operations and leading teams to success in both virtual and onsite environments.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership training and coaching skills alongside an indepth understanding of performance management tools and employee engagement workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations create proposals and close deals to meet revenue goals.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Provide leadership and direction to crossfunctional teams working in virtual and onsite call center environments.
- Train and coach sales and operational teams to achieve individual and group performance goals.
- Foster a collaborative culture that promotes employee engagement retention and personal development.
Performance Management & Reporting:
- Utilize CRM and other performance management tools to track sales activities analyze data and optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate business reports dashboards and KPIs to measure team success.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of remote and onsite call center teams ensuring highquality service delivery.
- Implement effective employee engagement workflows such as time management project management prioritization and dispute resolution.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring excellent communication and support.
- Continuously assess client needs and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Promote longterm client relationships through effective account management and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in business development sales or operations within the Tech Call Center BPO Financial Services or Healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of leading remote and onsite teams to achieve business targets.
- Strong experience in using CRM tools for performance management and reporting (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Excellent leadership training and coaching skills with a focus on employee development and retention.
- Superior communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment.
Adaptable & comfortable in a complicated and constantly evolving business environment. Fast learner. Willing to contribute in areas beyond formal job description Strong communications & highly organized and structured individuals. Strong analytical skills. Willingness to work a variety of hours as the business demands, occasionally including late nights & weekends. Familiarity with office applications (especially Excel) as well as Google Drive, Google Forms, etc Linguistic capabilities: Swahili, and English
