This is a remote position.
Position Title: Dental Virtual AssistantWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 50000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 12:00 AM 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DENTAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities as a Dental Virtual Assistant:
Schedule and manage appointments
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls providing exceptional customer service.
Assist with patient inquiries confirmations and rescheduling.
Manage social media accounts including content creation posting and engagement.
Respond to online reviews and interact with the studio s audience.
Track social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications as a Dental Virtual Assistant:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience in the dental industry is preferred.
Experience in medical coding and insurance company billing is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Proficiency in managing schedules and appointments.
Experience in social media marketing including content creation and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Techsavvy with knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram Facebook etc.).
