LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES

Position : Virtual Assistant

Working Schedule : 9AM 5PM PhST

Salary Range :$1500 $2500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Client:

We're a fastgrowing subscriptionbased accounting startup looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to support our founder with key administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential to help drive our growth and allow the founder to focus on strategic priorities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant who can document workflows prepare for meetings create templates and manage daytoday administrative duties. This role requires a proactive techsavvy individual capable of streamlining operations and closing loops to ensure no task goes overlooked. If you are passionate about organization have a knack for process design and are comfortable working independently we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and organize business processes and workflows creating templates and guides where needed.
  • Assist in preparing our founder and team members for investor meetings and other critical engagements.
  • Manage and close administrative loops ensuring tasks and followups are completed timely and effectively.
  • Use nocode tools to help build automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks including calendar management meeting notes and other general support.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on tools processes or resources that can enhance productivity.
  • Support in using and updating Salesforce CRM as well as working within Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks.
  • Create basic data visualizations and reports using Tableau or similar data visualization tools (preferred).

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role ideally supporting executivelevel management.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in using nocode tools and other automation solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience documenting workflows and creating process guides.
  • Familiarity with Australian business culture or labor compliance is a plus but not required.
