Schedule:

  • Parttime flexible during client business hours potentially 3 days a week. (with potential to grow into fulltime)

Job Description

We re seeking a detailoriented and techsavvy Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a fastpaced globallyfocused environment. You ll manage a diverse range of tasks from coordinating complex international travel to refining critical presentations. Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate international and domestic travel arrangements ensuring smooth logistics for a busy executive
  • Elevate presentations by editing and refining PowerPoint decks contributing to the organization s professional image
  • Manage a highvolume inbox prioritizing and responding to emails and text communications with tact and efficiency
  • Conduct indepth research on various topics supporting the executive s need for uptodate information in diverse contexts
  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks maintaining a wellorganized and efficient office environment
  • Play a key role in supporting operations and communications across the organization s global network
  • Handle confidential information and financial transactions with the utmost discretion and integrity
  • Master the art of calendar management balancing multiple priorities and time zones
  • Act as a liaison potentially making calls on behalf of the executive to clients or partners worldwide

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar highlevel support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on creating polished PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with unwavering discretion and professionalism
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across cultures
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic everchanging environment
  • Selfstarter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Familiarity with international business etiquette and crosscultural communication is a significant plus
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adjust hours as needed to support global operations
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to meaningful impactful work on an international scale
