Job Description

Position: Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 pm 5:00 pm CST
Salary Range: $
Search Location: Philippines


About the Job:
We are seeking a detailoriented and techsavvy Virtual Assistant with an emphasis on tech support to support our team with a variety of administrative IT and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtual assistance a knack for learning and managing tech tools and excellent communication skills to support both internal teams and external client interactions.



Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage expense reports and ensure timely submission.
    • Organize and maintain documents les and resources in Dropbox.
    • Keep team members on track by monitoring deadlines and task completion.
  • IT and Technical Support:
    • Work with nocode tools like Wix and Knack to manage and maintain systems.
    • Provide basic IT support including email setup password resets and troubleshooting.
    • Manage and execute tasks on platforms like Mailchimp Formstack and survey tools.
  • Client Communication:
    • Handle client followups via phone and email including payment reminders and updates.
    • Maintain professional and clear communication in fluent English.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Assist with running marketing campaigns including email and survey initiatives.
    • Collect manage and analyze data to improve campaign outcomes.


Qualications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in tools like Wix Knack Mailchimp Microsoft Oce and Formstack.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and be the "glue" that keeps projects and deadlines on track.
  • Marketing experience including running campaigns and managing data is a plus.


Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with nocode tools and platforms.
  • Prior experience in IT support or managing technical platforms.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic team environment.
