Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving growth fostering relationships and strategically expanding the company s business opportunities
Identify New Business Opportunities
- Research and identify new business opportunities with potential clients partners and/or markets for company s products and services
Building & Maintaining Relationships
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients partners and stakeholders including networking attending industry events and maintaining regular communication
Develop & Implement Strategies
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for expanding business entering new markets and/or launching new services
Negotiate Contracts & Deals
- Involved in negotiating contracts agreements and partnerships with clients vendors and stakeholders
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and opportunities and analysis these intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify potential areas of growth;
- Manage and update client database regularly set up client profiles and maintain information
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Responsible for meeting sales targets and generating revenue for the company
Collaborating with Internal Teams
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives;
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress results and insights to senior management;
- Analyse sales data market trends and other metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
Staying Updated on Industry Trends
- Stay informed about industry trends. Emerging technologies and market developments to identify new opportunities and staying ahead of competitions
Managing Budgets & Resources
- Responsible for managing budgets and allocating resources for business development activities such as marketing campaigns travel expenses and client entertainment
Collaborate & Management of Tender & Bid Submissions
- Strong understanding of the bid process and work closely with the Contracts team in coordinating incoming proposal requests (RFPs) manage and prepare RFPs with the extended team to include all necessary information for the submissions;
- Works closely with other departments to cocreate solutions and develop strategies while complying to the client requirements in order to achieve the goal of securing winning bids;
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign Photoshop and illustrator to generate presentations and develop EDM content;
- Organized and an eye for details produce quality presentations / submissions
Other Soft Skills & Strengths
- Strong command in English both verbally and written is a must;
- Background in the construction & interior fitout industry and/or with some project management experience will be a plus;
- Has great interest and passion in interior design and enjoys challenging yourselves to excel;
- Superior organization and time management skills and able to work independently and multitask to deliver work within the given timeline;
- Collaborative and a good team player with good working attitude and be proactive;
- Able to stay cool and focused under pressure;
- Organized and an eye for details produce quality presentations / submissions
- Sociable and possess a pleasant disposition
