We seek an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital presence and strategy. The role involves supervising the development and implementation of social media campaigns overseeing content production and evaluating performance metrics to enhance engagement and expand our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the companys overall marketing objectives and business goals. Create and manage a strategic roadmap for social media initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and curation of highquality content for all social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok. Develop content calendars and ensure timely and relevant posting.
- Plan execute and manage social media campaigns including paid advertising promotions and influencer collaborations. Monitor campaign performance and make datadriven adjustments to maximize results.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments messages and mentions. Foster a positive community and build strong relationships with the audience. Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics social media insights and other analytics platforms. Prepare detailed reports on social media performance including engagement reach and ROI.
- Ensure all social media content and interactions adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and image across all platforms. Manage brand reputation and handle any negative feedback or crises effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends industry developments and emerging platforms. Identify new opportunities and strategies to leverage trends and enhance the companys social media presence.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing design content and public relations to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives. Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.
- Conduct analysis of competitor social media activities and industry trends. Use insights to refine social media strategies and stay ahead of competitors in the digital landscape.
- Develop and implement social media policies and best practices for the organization. Ensure compliance with legal regulations platform guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications public relations or a related field. Advanced certifications in social media management (e.g. Hootsuite HubSpot) are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts campaigns and strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social Google Analytics and platformspecific insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data generate insights and make datadriven decisions to improve performance.
