Conducts/supervises calibration sessions with the Operations and QA teams.
Provides daily support to achieve adequate training productivity calibration and valueadded information flows to the QA team.
Supervises the QA Analysts and ensures their coaching development and productivity.
Provides operations and management team with daily and weekly highlights on quality and performance trends with recommending potential training needs.
This is not a remote position and the candidate will work from our Chennai office.
A Bachelor s Degree required.
A Master s Degree is recommended.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams.
2 to 3 years QA related role experience is required.
Experience in the US Healthcare industry OR billing & claims processing experience strongly desired.
Competent in MS Office Suite and Windows applications.
Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and exhibit an approachable nature to
answer questions from Quality Analysts
Mentor and train people regularly.
Appropriately handle stress and interact cooperatively with others (at all levels of the organization).
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Effectively communicate issues/problems and results that impact timelines for project completion.
Knowledge of Quality related tools and methodology
Ability to interact professionally at multiple levels within the organization.
