Job Description

1. Identify and approach managed services potential customers.

2. Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adjust strategies as needed.

3. Work with our Technical Support team to define and enhance our existing IT Services offering to maintain relevance and competitiveness to capture additional market share.

4. Understand and analyze client s business processes to advise on how they can improve business efficiency and cut costs to allow them to focus on their core business.

5. Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients highlighting key services benefits and value propositions.

6. Generate leads follow up on inquiries and qualify prospects through outbound calls emails and social media outreach.

7. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads track interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.

8. Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and strategic plans providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.

9. Provide feedback to the company on market trends competitive activities and customer preferences to inform services provision pricing strategies and sales forecasts.

10. Customer management leadership skills.



Requirements

1. A university Degree/Diploma in Business/ Commerce/ Sales and marketing or related field.

2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.

3. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in technological companies or similar market segment.

4. Proficiency in Social media management digital marketing (Facebook Ads Google Ads)

5. Applicant should possess experience and knowledge of (Computers networking technology computing systems and infrastructure Managed Services IT Support Outsourcing model) or be tech savvy.

6. Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.

7. Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling persuasive arguments to an executivelevel audience.

8. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

10. Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
