Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service support to Croatianspeaking customers through phone email and chat channels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Offer product and service information guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and helpful responses.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve complex issues or escalate as necessary.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about the companys products and services to provide uptodate support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Previous experience in customer service call center or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use multiple software systems.
- Willingness to work onsite in ClujNapoca Romania.
