We are looking for individuals interested in filling Customer Service Operator positions in the Polish language.
Tasks
- Processing customer emails
- Telephone and written communication with customers
- Expert advice
- Customeroriented problem solving
- Ensuring the clients quality requirements and customer satisfaction
- Recording business transactions in the company software
Requirements
- Rich polish vocabulary in official and formal communication
- Good communication skills calm and patient nature
- Selftaught person attentive to details and with good observation skills
- PCMicrosoft (Windows Word Outlook) operation knowledge
- Knowledge of English or Romanian at least at an intermediate level
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service field beneficial
