Job Description
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime deductions bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Keep track of hour rates wages compensation benefit rates new hire information etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Prepare reports for upper management finance department etc.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee records and managing HR databases .
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities such as labor office and social insurance authorities.
- Handling all Hiring processes and social insurance forms 126.
- Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
- Managing the warning levels and the social insurance system
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Human Resources or related area
- from 0 to 1 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold HR Diploma is a must.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant Payroll ERP System
