Job Description


  • Create compelling job descriptions and post them across relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates for further interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage the HR system to ensure all employee records are accurate and uptodate.
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount attrition and recruitment progress.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees for HRrelated tools and systems.
  • Maintain and update employee databases ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
  • Track employee lifecycle events including promotions transfers and exits.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives including events and recognition programs.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies benefits and other topics.
  • Participate in performance management and training coordination as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with preparing documentation for audits or legal requests.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 12 years of HR experience preferably in a generalist or recruitment role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and ATS tools (e.g. Zoho People Zoho Recruit BambooHR Workable etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive problemsolver with a cando attitude.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
