Screen and prioritize incoming meeting requests email and phone calls.
Provide office support such as but not limited to completing expense requests tracking deadlines handling office services related matters and serving as a point of contact for the employee when needing answers.
Be responsible for the welcoming and onboarding of new employees acquiring resources ensuring a smooth start.
Support the planning and execution of internal events including logistics guest lists and venue arrangements.
Other operational tasks as requested from the mentor.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrator Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
Familiarity with office equipment including printers and fax machines.
Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software in particular).
Professional English communications & writing.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Problemsolving attitude with an eye for detail.
