Job Description

Job Summary: The Junior HR Executive is integral to the smooth operation of our human resources functions acting as a key support to the HR Executive across various critical areas. This position embodies a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment through dedicated support in recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and comprehensive HR administration.



Requirements

Responsibilities


  • Oversee the recruitment process by crafting engaging job ads screening resumes coordinating interviews conducting thorough background checks and drafting welcoming offer letters.

  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience guiding new hires through the documentation completion with patience enthusiasm and clarity.

  • Support the HR Executive in employee relations matters such as investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances.

  • Facilitate the implementation of HR policies and procedures with dedication and a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace environment.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HR information system.

  • Coordinate engaging employee training and development programs to inspire growth and continuous learning.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR management.

  • Execute the employee exit process including conducting exit interviews and managing departure documentation.

  • Provide administrative & Operation support to the HR team




Essential Skills and qualification

  • 23 years of relevant work experience in HR management.

  • Sound knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.

  • Familiarity with recruitment and HR management software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Educational ualifications:


  • MBA in HR or a related eld
