This position embodies a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment through dedicated support in recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and comprehensive HR administration.
Oversee the recruitment process by crafting engaging job ads screening resumes coordinating interviews conducting thorough background checks and drafting welcoming offer letters.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience guiding new hires through the documentation completion with patience enthusiasm and clarity.
Support the HR Executive in employee relations matters such as investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances.
Facilitate the implementation of HR policies and procedures with dedication and a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace environment.
Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HR information system.
Coordinate engaging employee training and development programs to inspire growth and continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR management.
Execute the employee exit process including conducting exit interviews and managing departure documentation.
Provide administrative & Operation support to the HR team
23 years of relevant work experience in HR management.
Sound knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
Familiarity with recruitment and HR management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
MBA in HR or a related eld
