Growth Lead
Industry: Tech Software Consumer Marketplace
Location: Mexico City Mexico
Reporting To: CEO
You will work crossfunctionally with company on highly impactful projects ranging from category expansion and operational to finance to product. This is a highly impactful role that will work on the most pressing strategic initiatives at drip with high visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all user acquisition and retention efforts driving and reporting on key metrics like conversion rates CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROI (Return on Investment).
Optimize digital marketing strategy across paid spend affiliate partnerships influencers and more.
Manage a team of 5 and collaborate with Drip streamers collectibles influencers and other partners to drive growth.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience in growth owning direct results across multiple channels.
Fluent English and previous experience working with US companies.
Experience in organic growth and in the Consumer Marketplace space.
3 years of experience in a fastpaced highgrowth technology startup.
Must be based in Mexico City and available for a potential facetoface meeting with the CEO next week.
