Job Description
As a DevSecOps Lead Engineer you will be expected to actively participate in the
design development and deployment of our cloud platform solutions. You will work
on projects that require a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly
will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our application and platform
solutions.

Key skills:
Lead work activities using SRE principles such as resilience metrics
capacity planning toil Incident management and security
Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g. AWS Azure Google
Cloud).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (developers operations QA etc.).
Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders including
executives.
Implement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous
Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Build and help transform container and serverless architectures such as
AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services) Docker and
Azure Functions.
Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and
regulations.
Implement security best practices and conduct regular security
assessments.
Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Document processes procedures and infrastructure setups.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Continuously improve systems processes and methodologies.
Participate in agile / scrum project planning and execution.
Adhere to projects schedule and budgets.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and highquality
deliverables.
Explore generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities.
Deploy AI models for automated content generation and predictive
analytics.

OB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related
field
Minimum 2 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies or
equivalent
Minimum of 7 years of handson experience in the DevSecOps engineering
discipline (prefer enterprise engineering experience or equivalent) with at
least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience with Application and Infrastructure Operations
Professional Software development certification (PSD) Azure / AWS

DevOps Certification or relevant experience
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python) for automation tasks
and infrastructure management.
Indepth knowledge of programming frameworks (e.g. .NET JAVA) and
application development. Extensive experience with Terraform for
infrastructure as code (IaC) management including writing and
maintaining modules.
