Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Technology Business Administration)
- 35 years experience in legal operations project management or a similar role;
- Must possess excellent communication skills;
- Familiarity with legal technology systems and process including Contract Management eBilling Data Analytics Tools Document Management and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong skills in Excel Word Powerpoint and Sharepoint administration PowerBI is a plus;
- Willing to work in a Hybrid Setup (BGC);
- Willing to work on either dayshift. midshift or nightshift schedule.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Assist in managing ongoing legal projects;
- Provide and implement solutions using available technology;
- Coordination of Legal Department Special Events;
- Collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager to monitor Outside Counsel budgets and prepare reports for senior leadership;
- Track legal spend analyze costsaving opportunities and report key performance indicators;
- Build SharePoint sites and assist with enduser support and training; resolve Sharepoint issues and malfunctions;
- Excel at configuring automation solutions through Microsoft Forms and Power Automate tools;
- Assist in maintaining legal records ensuring compliance with retention policies;
- Liase with internal clients outside counsel legal vendors and service providers;
- Monitor vendor performance and run reports to evaluate service quality;
- Prepare regular reports on legal operations metrics and performance;
- Communicate updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
