Job Description

This is a remote position.

JOB OVERVIEW:


As a Community Manager you will be essential in managing and nurturing client relationships across the clients three key offerings: online courses the client s AI tool and business advisory services. Youll also take charge of generating new leads through a blend of paid and unpaid media channels. Collaborating closely with the founder youll develop and implement marketing strategies across earned owned and paid channels with a strong emphasis on community building and lead generation. Think of yourself as the party host for the clients brand making sure everyone is engaged and knows exactly where to go.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Community Client Success Manager you are responsible for the following:

Client Management:

  • Manage and nurture relationships across our product lines.

  • Oversee client interactions to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.

Lead Generation:

  • Drive new leads through paid and unpaid media efforts.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost engagement and conversions.

Community Building:

  • Build a thriving community through social media content creation and email marketing.

  • Collaborate on strategies that foster engagement and brand loyalty.

Technology Management:

  • Utilize tools like WordPress ConvertKit ClickFunnels Zapier and more to support your work.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze engagement data to optimize our community and marketing efforts.

  • Report on campaign effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations.



Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


We are looking for someone who has:


  • At Least more than 5 years of experience in community management or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of social media and communitybuilding strategies.

  • Experience with paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.

  • Familiarity with tech tools like WordPress ConvertKit ClickFunnels and more.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • A passion for customercentric brand building.


TYPE OF POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:


  • Full Time Position

  • Work From Home Set up

  • Can work between 9AM to 6PM AEST

  • Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 8 GB RAM i5 processor & Windows 10)

  • Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools. Experience with photo and video editing software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with a flexible schedule. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a copywriter and social media manager Experience in the following tools & platforms: Canva Instagram LinkedIn Facebook
