JOB OVERVIEW:
As Community Client Success Manager you are responsible for the following:
Client Management:
Manage and nurture relationships across our product lines.
Oversee client interactions to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
Lead Generation:
Drive new leads through paid and unpaid media efforts.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
Community Building:
Build a thriving community through social media content creation and email marketing.
Collaborate on strategies that foster engagement and brand loyalty.
Technology Management:
Utilize tools like WordPress ConvertKit ClickFunnels Zapier and more to support your work.
Data Analysis:
Analyze engagement data to optimize our community and marketing efforts.
Report on campaign effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone who has:
At Least more than 5 years of experience in community management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media and communitybuilding strategies.
Experience with paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.
Familiarity with tech tools like WordPress ConvertKit ClickFunnels and more.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for customercentric brand building.
