Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Project Manager to lead our Online Tutor programs while also supporting Sales Operations and collaborating with various departments as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project management expertise educational insight and an understanding of sales processes to drive success across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables for Online Tutoring initiatives.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to streamline processes and enhance communication.
- Assist in developing sales materials training programs and resources for the sales team.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in Online Tutor offerings.
CrossDepartment Collaboration:
- Work with other departments (e.g. Marketing HR Customer Support) to align Online Tutor projects with overall business strategies.
- Provide project management support for initiatives outside of Online Tutor projects as needed.
- Foster interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment and cooperation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including teachers students and departmental leaders to gather feedback and provide updates.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and educational institutions.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all Online Tutor programs meet educational standards and compliance requirements.
- Implement evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness and impact.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports plans and evaluations.
- Present project outcomes and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in project management with a background in education or sales operations preferred.
- Familiarity with Online Tutor teaching methodologies and curriculum development is a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello MS Project).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales operations or business development.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and understand cultural sensitivities.
- Knowledge of current trends in language education and technology integration
