Job Description:
We seek an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our B2B companys online presence and lead generation efforts. This is a fulltime onsite role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daytoday tasks such as developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies social media presence management lead sourcing and prospecting ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels including WhatsApp & email campaigns social media and content marketing.
- Identify the target audience and create tailored marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance adjusting strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
Lead Generation:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting (B2B)
SEO & SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets ensuring effective allocation and expenditure.
- Monitor spending and adjust strategies to stay within the budget.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales product and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Oversee content creation and distribution ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce highquality content.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
